Highlights and what to check

The record names these brands: Kingston Brass, Enbrighten, ecobee, Delta, Moen, August, Kwikset, Yale, Schlage and Google Nest. The largest manifest lines are a fingerprint smart door knob lock at A$1,161, the Moen Flo water monitor and leak detector at A$913, and a Moen Align brushed gold shower trim kit at A$653. The manifest appears further down the page and is partial: it ends with a line for the remaining items to 892 in total, covering more smart home accessories, plumbing, lighting and home improvement goods. That means part of the lot is described only by category. Test smart locks and thermostats for power and pairing, and check plumbing items for finish damage. Lots are graded at lot level.

Resale routes

Connected-home hardware can be listed individually online, while plumbing trim and fixtures suit installers and home-improvement shoppers. Sorting by brand first makes bundles easy. Exporters and auction operators can take unsorted pallets as they stand.
