Standard

Liftgate delivery

A liftgate truck brings the pallet and lowers it to the ground, so you do not need a forklift. Confirm the truck can get to your street and that there is room to unload.

Business and dock delivery

Sites with a forklift or dock, whether warehouse, store or other business address, are fine for delivery. Mention it when you order.

Warehouse pickup

Collecting yourself? We might arrange pickup at our US warehouse; contact us ahead of ordering.

Truckloads

Truckloads of any size go out with freight prepaid, domestically and overseas. Contact us to organise unloading at a dock or curbside.

Shipped from the USAA realistic delivery window is confirmed to you when the pallet is dispatched.
Delivered to your doorThe liftgate lowers it to the ground, or it is unloaded at your dock.

Receiving your pallet

Somebody needs to be there to accept the delivery and sign for it.
Before you sign the bill of lading, check the wrap on the pallet for visible transit damage.
Record damage in writing on the delivery documents.
Homes need decent truck access.

Ordering from outside the US?

Freight to your country is prepaid as well. The buyer pays import duties, taxes and customs fees in the destination country. Get in touch if you need export paperwork or have questions about delivery access.
