What to know first

All items here are untested customer returns, which sets the tone for how to handle the pallet. Treat every AC as unverified until it has been run through a test, and treat the smaller electronics the same way. The stock is drawn directly from major Canadian and US retail operations on a regular supply cycle. Look at the listing images to understand the shape of the load, and on arrival record the model and condition of each unit before deciding where it goes. A manifest or category breakdown can be requested where the source provides one, and grading is at lot level.

Buyer fit and resale

Good fits are seasoned appliance sellers, export traders, auctioneers and shop owners. A sensible workflow is to sell tested units online or locally, list damaged units as for-parts, and use the non-AC items to round out auction lots. Heavier items should be listed with pickup or freight options clearly marked.

Shipping, payment and returns

Shipping to any country is already in the price; buyers outside the US pay duties and import taxes. In the US the pallet comes with a liftgate and a tracking email after booking. Payment instructions arrive by email following checkout, and the 14-day returns policy covers the order.
