A note for first-time buyers

If you are used to manifested lots with known item values, this format needs a different mindset. You are buying what is in the photographs and what the category description says. Nothing more is promised. For that reason it fits buyers who already process returns, and not buyers who need a predictable item list. When it lands, unpack in stages, test each piece, and sort into list, repair and parts. A manifest or category breakdown can be requested where the source provides one. Condition is graded at lot level.

Moving the stock

Online resellers, auction sellers, retail stores and exporters are the typical buyers. Use marketplaces for verified items, auctions for mixed bundles and bulk buyers for anything damaged. Keep records of what each pallet yields so you can judge future orders on evidence, not estimates.

Freight, payment and returns

Freight to any country is part of the price shown, while buyers abroad pay import duties and taxes. In the US, delivery is by liftgate and tracking comes by email once booked. Payment details are emailed after checkout, and the 14-day returns policy applies.
