Refund and returns policy
Return or exchange your order within 14 days of delivery, on every order, wherever we deliver.
Effective 10 October 2026We want every order to leave you pleased. If one does not, you may send it back or swap it within 14 days of delivery, as the terms below explain.
Who this policy covers
- These terms cover orders delivered anywhere in the world.
- Both defective and non-defective goods can be returned.
- Swaps are accepted too.
Eligibility and time limit
- A return or exchange has to be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Goods must come back new and unused.
Freight and fees
- A returned parcel travels back to our US warehouse. Once you ask for a return, we tell you the address and sort out the freight with you.
- Where the return is not due to a mistake of ours, such as a change of mind or an address problem, you pay the freight back.
- Should the return result from our own mistake, say we shipped the wrong lot or the item had a manufacturing fault, return freight is paid by us.
- We charge no restocking fees.
Refunds
- Your refund goes to the payment method you originally used, within 5 days of us receiving the return and inspecting it.
How to start a return
To start a return, contact info@usabulkpalletsupply.com or use the contact form, giving your order number plus a short reason for the return. We will reply with the next steps.
Because each lot of liquidation stock is graded as a whole and sold the way its listing describes it, please put your questions to us and ask for a manifest before you order.
