Frequently asked questions.

Frank replies to resellers’ most frequent queries: delivery, grading, manifests, payment and related topics.

Buying & stock

Can US buyers get liquidation pallet stock from you?
We are a US-based wholesaler, and our stock of surplus pallets and truckloads leaves our domestic warehouse for American buyers. The site lets you order a single pallet or a full truckload.
Looking to source pallets of clearance goods?
Here. Go through the whole catalogue, or head directly to the busy ranges: electronics pallets, Amazon liquidation pallets, tool pallets and brand-name clothing pallets. Each listing carries the current price plus a description of what the lot usually holds.
Is it possible to order just one pallet, or must I buy in volume?
You can do either. Many individual resellers begin with a single pallet, and larger businesses tend to take several pallets or entire truckloads. One pallet is the smallest order we take.
What exactly are customer return pallets?
They hold goods that shoppers sent back to a retailer, whether for a change of mind, the wrong size, scuffed packaging or a small defect. Retailers sell these returns off in bulk instead of putting them back on shelves, so the cost per unit sits far below retail.
Are Amazon return pallets part of your range?
We do carry them. Look through the catalogue for lots made of Amazon returns and surplus: electronics pallets, bulk pallets and mystery boxes from Amazon.
Do the pallets come with a manifest?
That depends on the lot. When the supplier gives us a manifest or category breakdown, we pass it on. Get in touch before you order and we will send the newest details for the pallet you have in mind. Lots without a manifest are sold according to their listing description.
How is the stock graded?
Each listing states a grade assigned to the lot as a whole. Roughly: Grade A means like-new or unused goods, Grade B means goods that work fully but show light wear or have damaged packaging, and Grade C means cosmetic damage or items that need some attention. Return lots may blend several grades, so read the listing closely and ask us about anything that is not clear.
Returns, shelf pulls, overstock: how do they compare?
Customer returns were purchased then sent back by shoppers, so their condition ranges widely. Shelf pulls are display or seasonal items taken off the shelf unsold, normally unused. Overstock is brand-new surplus that the retailer never managed to sell. Beginners usually do best with overstock and shelf pulls, while returns carry the steepest discounts. Delivery & collection

Can you ship pallets to other countries?
Yes. Pallet freight goes worldwide, prepaid on every order, to US addresses and to buyers abroad. Buyers outside the US pay their own import duties and taxes. The shipping page has the specifics.
What does it cost to get a pallet delivered?
Nothing extra. Freight is built into the listed pallet price wherever it goes, and US deliveries use a liftgate truck as standard. Mention any awkward site access when you order. Overseas buyers handle their own import duties and taxes.
Delivery coverage: which cities, which countries?
Yes. Deliveries run to Los Angeles, the Bay Area, Seattle, Phoenix, Dallas, Houston, Chicago, Atlanta, Miami, New York, Boston and well past those. Freight is prepaid for buyers outside the US as well. Since stock leaves from the United States, the West Coast tends to be reached soonest.
May I look over or pick up a pallet myself?
Possibly, if we arrange it first. Contact us ahead of ordering and we will tell you what can be done for that particular lot.

Payment & returns

Which currency do you charge?
Dollars only: US currency (USD) is used for every listed price and every charge.
Can I return a pallet?
Yes. A return or exchange can be requested up to 14 days after delivery, for defective or non-defective goods alike, provided the items are new and unused. When the return stems from a mistake on our part, we pay the freight back; in other cases that cost falls to you. We charge no restocking fee, and money returns to the payment method you originally used within 5 days of us receiving and checking the goods. Our returns policy has the full terms. Because liquidation stock is graded per lot and sold as described, we suggest asking questions and requesting a manifest before you order.

Reselling & truckloads

Is it fine to flip what I buy via eBay or Facebook Marketplace?
Absolutely, and that is what most buyers do. Liquidation goods regularly end up on eBay, Amazon, Facebook Marketplace and Mercari, at flea markets and swap meets, and in bin stores. Look up each platform's rules for particular categories before you list.
Do you sell whole truckloads to companies?
Exporters, bin stores and discount retailers can all buy full wholesale truckloads from us. Reach out when you want truckload prices and a freight quote.
